Last night the girls and I went to the Draper Temple Dedication. We went to the open house just a few weeks ago. It is a beautiful temple. The kids all thought the Celestial Room was so awesome, and that the chandelier was amazing! We were super excited to participate in the dedication ceremony. Since you had to be 8 or older, the boys couldn't come. Jared stayed home with them, and then he'll get to take the girls when they do the Ochre Mountain Temple Dedication (I have no idea if that's spelled right!) The girls had to get a ticket from the Bishop. We called them their "golden tickets." As soon as we walked in, we could feel the spirit. The pictures of the temple that they were showing and the beautiful music really helped bring the right spirit and atmosphere. The girls really enjoyed it, and really thought it was neat. We had a GREAT experience!

I sometimes still think of your girls as "little" -- but they're not. It's so cool to me that the three of you got to have some mother-daughter time. It was a special night.
I am glad that you got to take Eryn and Kaitlyn. That is neat!
How special for your girls. I loved that they let 8 and older in, very sweet!
That is awesome that they were so excited and called it the golden ticket. I can't wait to take our 2 boys to the next one!
Those are the best "Golden Tickets" they will ever have!
No Wonka but lots of blessings!
That is so neat! What a special experience and those definitely are special "golden tickets". Your girls are so cute! Cute new background! Your blog looks great!
What a neat experience for you and your girls. They will remember this for a long time.
