Kids love snow. Adults sometimes love snow. I love seeing snow on the mountains, and I don't mind it on my lawn... it's when it's on the driveway, the sidewalks and the roads that it bothers me. I don't really like being cold, either, but that's what hats, gloves, scarves, boots and coats are for, right? My favorite part of snow is when I see the excitement in my kids' faces and the joy in their voices when they yell "It's snowing!" at 6:00 in the morning. And their happiness knowing that they can go out and play in it is the best. Having the tree up and the house decorated, and seeing huge snowflakes falling from the sky really gets me in the Christmas spirit. When my boys asked if they could go outside the other day, how could I say no? We got them all bundled up and out they went. They were out there for a long time. I could hear them laughing, so I had to run out and take a few pictures. They even built their own teeny little snowman. They were a little bummed when they tried to add eyes and knocked the head off, but that didn't slow them down. They had a blast.

I totally agree...I just hate it when there is a light dusting of snow and the kids are begging me to go out and play...I hate having to tell them no.
I know I'm feeling like the worst mom that my kids haven't even put their snow suits on yet, so good job for being on top of it. Love the pics, seriously you have the cutest boys!!
I really do miss the snow around Christmas. I definitely don't miss the cold though. I was wearing short sleeves today and felt just fine while out running errands. It was quite nice. I think snow is beautiful though and my kids would love to be out there in it too. Love you boys! It looks like you had a great time. Sorry to hear about the headless snowman incident. :(
